    Korma (Qorma) Masala
    Ingredients: red chilli, coriander, salt, cumin seeds, caraway seeds, dried garlic, dried gingeer, black pepper, clove, bay leaves, cubebs, cardamoms, mace.

Recipe Suggestion

1kg meat
300g onion, finely sliced
250g yogurt, beaten
250g ghee/cooking oil
1 sachet Qorma masala

1. In the ghee, fry the sliced onion until crisp and light golden brown. Remove and spread to drain on absorbent paper. When dry, crush and keep separately.
2. In the same oil, cook the meat, Qorma masala and yogurt for 5-10 minutes. Add 1-2 glasses of water, cover and cook on a low heat until the meat becomes tender.
3. Add the crushed, fried onion and cook over a low heat until the ghee separates from the masala.
