| Qeema Masala (Keema) | ||||||||||
| Ingredients:
red chilli, corinader, turmeric, black pepper, cmin seeds, caraway seeds,
clove, bay leaves, cinnamon, cardamom, dried garlic, dried ginger, salt. Recipe Suggestion Qeema 1kg minced meat 250g onions, finely chopped 3-4 green chillies, finely chopped - to taste 150g ghee/cooking oil 1/2 bunch green coriander, chopped 1 sachet Laziza Qeema Masala 30g ginger, shredded finely - optional 1. Fry the sliced onion in the ghee/cooking oil for 10 minutes. 2. Add the minced meat, Qeema Masala, and shredded ginger (if using) and fry for 10 - 15 minutes. 3. Add 1-2 cups of water, cover and cook over a low heat until tender. 4. Add the green chillies and cook until the ghee/cooking oil separates. 5. Serve garnished with coriander and fresh lemon. |
